Tailored stretching, strengthening and mobility techniques to address the entire body. Every issue and resolution is a whole-body event.
Rehabilitation of feet and transitioning to beneficial shoes.
Learning breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. $70 for one session. $300 for 5-session package.
