A special workshop for the love of your feet!

In this workshop we will learn about the amazing anatomy of our expertly engineered feet and how optimizing foot health and alignment corrects our whole body alignment and improves joint health, balance, and overall wellness.

We will learn strengthening, stretching and self-administered massage techniques to optimize foot performance as well as techniques to correct and prevent heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, corns and bunions.

We will examine how most footwear inhibits our feet’s natural abilities and detrimentally influences whole body alignment. To this end we'll define minimal footwear and learn why and how to slowly transition to this simple yet effective whole body intervention.
